About Me:
I’m a qualified integrative therapist, which means I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs,
drawing from Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused
Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
I have worked with clients with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem,
panic attacks, relationship issues, work difficulties, grief and loss. I also have experience working within
a mental health crisis service, supporting individuals experiencing short-term crises, ongoing mental
health problems and trauma-related issues.
I have a true passion for helping people escape the grip of anxiety, overwhelm and self-doubt. Do you
ever feel like your mind is so busy it might explode? Like you live in a constant state of worry and
stress? Maybe relaxation feels impossible, or self-care leaves you feeling guilty instead of refreshed. Do
you feel like your own worst enemy at times? Able to give time, care and compassion to others yet
struggle to offer the same to yourself? I understand how difficult and lonely it can be to feel this way,
but you are not alone and therapy can help.
In our sessions, I offer a kind, safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where we can work together

Qualifications
Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma (with Distinction) in Integrative Counselling
Level 3 Diploma in Counselling Skills
BSc Psychology
Certificate in Online and Telephone Counselling
Registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists.

I offer morning Saturday morning and afternoon sessions. Session are £50 for 50 minutes.
