Amy Graham - Pluralistic Counsellor

I am a qualified pluralistic therapist,

offering a flexible and collaborative approach to therapy that is shaped around you. I draw on psychodynamic, person-centred, and CBT approaches, which means we can work together in a way that feels most helpful for your needs, experiences, and goals.

I work with adults and young people, offering therapy for a wide range of emotional and
mental health difficulties. In my work with adults, I support people who may be feeling
overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of themselves, as well as those experiencing depression,
anxiety, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem and self-worth, bereavement, and trauma.

Therapy can offer a space to make sense of past experiences, current challenges, and
patterns that may be affecting how you feel or relate to others.

Alongside adult therapy, I have particular experience supporting secondary school-aged
young people, including those struggling with school attendance and school avoidance. I
understand how complex and worrying these difficulties can be for young people and their
families, and I work in a sensitive, supportive way to help young people feel understood and
less alone.

My approach is warm, empathetic, and non-judgemental. I aim to offer a down-to-earth, supportive space where you can feel safe to talk openly, be yourself, and move at a pace that feels right for you.

Remember, you don't have to face these challenges alone!
