Sarah Mumford - Life Coach

I work with thoughtful, motivated people who care about both their own personal growth and the  well-being of the planet. If you're navigating a significant life transition and want space to think  clearly, reconnect with what's important to you and move forward with confidence, I'm here to  support you.

I coach people through life transitions.

Are you trying to find purpose in retirement, facing redundancy, wanting to change jobs/careers,  relocating, becoming an empty nester, going through menopause, living following bereavement or  exploring your sexual identity? These moments can feel uncertain, but they also offer an  opportunity to reflect, grow and create a life that's more aligned with your values. Meaningful  change begins when we slow down, reconnect with ourselves and make choices that align with our  values.

Who I work with

The people I work with are curious, open and committed to their own development. They're willing  to reflect honestly, take action between sessions and invest in creating meaningful change.

Many of my clients care deeply about the environment and sustainability. Like me, they want to  make a positive difference while recognising that none of us can do everything perfectly. I believe  that caring for ourselves and caring for the world are not competing priorities—they can strengthen  one another.

I provide a supportive, thoughtful and non-judgemental space where you can think out loud and be  heard. I'll listen carefully, reflect back what I'm hearing and ask questions that help you see things  differently. When it's helpful, I'll gently challenge you, hold you accountable for the actions you  choose to take and, if you'd like, send reminders and invite email updates between sessions.

And while coaching can involve deep conversations, there's usually room for some laughter too!

We can work in one hour slots for an agreed number of sessions at the outset - with flexibility to  decrease or increase as needed by you.

I have my own Coaching Supervisor and Professional Indemnity Insurance.

My personal background includes a lifelong career in education, arts & cultural leadership, people  management, social climate action and addressing the climate crisis by helping young people find  solutions for climate change issues.

I am passionate about acting on climate change (and accept that  none is perfect in this respect). I have been a single parent, experienced redundancy, semi retirement, menopause, relocation, empty nest syndrome, 4 major bereavements in the past 7 years,  job changes and am an LGBTQ+ ally.

What I can help you with.

Coaching offers you the opportunity to pause, gain perspective and move forward with greater clarity and purpose.

Together we'll explore:

Where you are now and how you got here

What matters most to you what's getting in your way the practical steps that will help you move towards your goals.

Rather than giving advice, I'll help you uncover your own answers and build confidence in your decisions.
